Aluminium Sign Post Kit for external sign displays, post & Panel and Hydrant sign installations.
50mm Post
Manufactured in Europe from premium T6063 T6 aluminium alloy, the 50mm posts have a sturdy 2.65mm wall thickness providing a strong foundation for sign installations.
Our extensive range and aluminium conversion capabilities allow us to provide the 50mm dia aluminium tube in a large selection of pre-cut lengths. We also offer custom lengths on request.
Finishes
Powder Coat
Our most popular finish in our sign post range. Powder coating creates a durable and corrosion resistant coating in an aesthetically pleasing range of colours. As standard our aluminium tubes are available in Black or White powder coat finish, but we can provide custom powder coat finishes on request.
Anodising
Anodising is a surface treatment that enhances the natural oxide layer of the raw aluminium. Building up a protective and corrosion resistant anodic oxide layer. The anodising can introduce colour into the coating, we stock a standard silver anodised finish.
Sustainability

Post Security Base Plate
Base plates are used to improve stability of posts during installation, preventing movement and sinking whilst concreting. Fits almost any post! Suitable for Round Posts (50mm – 140mm), Square Posts (50mm – 100mm) and Rectangular Posts (40mm – 150mm wide x 50mm – 125mm deep).
Aluminium Backing Plate
Aluminium back plate for underground valve marker plates and hydrant signs. Use this plate to secure burried valve marker plates to lamp posts or our 50mm Diameter Sign Post. Comes complete with 4 nut and bolt fixings to secure your Hydrant sign.
Screw Buckle Straps (x2)
50mm Internal Push Fit Post Caps
Strong and durable post caps, internal fit. Suitable for aluminium or steel sign posts that require capping. Post caps are very important for exterior installations as they stop rain water filling the posts and causing steel posts to rust.
