Finishes Available for Mesh PVC

Below are the standard finishes available for this material. There are no additional charges for these finishes.

Hems & Eyelets

Graphics will be given a stitched hem, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem. Eyelets are clear plastic.

The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that’s no problem at all – simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

There is no charge for this finish.

Hems Only

Graphics will be given a stitched hem..

Pole Pockets

A pocket is added to the edges you require to allow a pole to pass through and support/tension the banner.

The diameter of the pocket can be specified by you, however, if you let us know the diameter of the object to go into the pole pocket we can calculate the size of the pocket for you.

Advantages Over PVC-Based Materials

Whereas its PVC-based counterparts require more careful packaging, such as being rolled around a central core (tube) to prevent folding, creasing and pinching, Fabric Mesh is well suited to folding down, and this makes for far simpler, smaller and easier shipping, transportation and deployment.

At 230gsm, Fabric Mesh is light, making handling and deployment easier for end users and fitters. As an example, a full 3375mm × 1780mm Heras Fencing Banner on Fabric Mesh weighs 1.4kg, compared to around 1.9kg for a PVC-based equivalent – this can make a huge difference for longer/larger installations. Despite the lighter weight, the 100% polyester makeup of the material and industry-machine sewn hems result and a very strong fabric, that coupled with its airflow qualities, create a finished product that will last.

With its 100% polyester makeup, the material is more environmentally friendly than traditional PVC-based materials. This can often be a requirement for certain customers that have environmental targets or policies, so Fabric Mesh is the perfect alternative to PVC-based materials that are automatically ruled out.

Notice

Please be aware that banners are only temporary signage and we cannot be held responsible for any fitting or installation issues. As with all temporary signage they should be taken down in winds exceeding 30mph.
